2. Product Information & Availability
- We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our site are accurate.
- Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or a full refund.
- Some products may require professional installation or calibration before use.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders can be placed directly via the website, over the phone, or through authorized Fahosel sales agents.
- We accept standard business payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and authorized partner gateways.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment unless a prior agreement for credit terms is in place.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on product type, stock availability, and location. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.
- For heavy or bulky equipment, specialized logistics and unloading arrangements may be required at the buyer's end.
- Fahosel is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Warranty & Servicing
- Machines and major parts come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, the duration of which will vary based on product and brand.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not include wear-and-tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage due to improper installation.
- Fahosel offers after-sales servicing and preventive maintenance plans upon request.
6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
- Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective or damaged products, subject to inspection.
- You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-ordered machinery or consumables once opened are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.
- Order cancellations are allowed before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Spare Parts & Consumables Policy
- All spare parts and consumables sold are genuine and tested for compatibility.
- Please confirm the model number and compatibility before ordering.
- Fahosel is not responsible for incorrect installation of parts or chemicals used beyond their intended industrial applications.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Fahosel website, including product images, logos, UX content, and downloadable documents, is the property of Fahosel or its partners.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
